RECIPE
Chicken Tortilla Casserole
1 small onion, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 (8 oz.) bag tortilla chips
4 cups chicken or turkey, cubed
12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup black olives
Combine onion, sour cream, chilies and soup. In 9x13 pan, layer remaining ingredients as follows: ½ chips, ½ soup mixture, ½ cheese and ½ meat. Repeat. Dot with butter and sprinkle with olives. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
