RECIPE
Zucchini Pizza
Zucchini, cut into ¼" slices
1 ½ pound browned hamburger, season with onion and season salt (optional)
1 14 oz jar/can pizza sauce
1 15 oz can of tomato sauce
1 small chopped tomato, optional
½ a green pepper, chopped
1 small can black olives, sliced
1 small can mushrooms
1 small package bacon bits
Layer the zucchini in the bottom of a 9 x13 pan. They are your crust. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over zucchini slices. Top with mozzarella shredded cheese, one to two packages per your preference.
Bake at 350 for an hour or until golden and bubbly. Note: The pizza is a little runny-that is normal due to the fresh vegetables used.

Paul was 80 years old when he said that. We are never too old to share Christ or be an active soul winner! As Larry says, "I'd rather burn out than rust out!"

The most interesting thing about any human being is the values by which he or she lives. The following "Daily Dozen" constitute a personal creed:
1. Make up your mind to be happy. Learn to find pleasure in simple things.

I didn't think too much of this until I was washing my car and saw my oldest son doing something very strange. He was picking up the gravel and stones that were in our drive and rubbing them into his pants. I asked him, "What are you doing?"
